Hi! My name is Natalie, and I'm a 24-year-old caregiver with two years of experience working with children in both camp settings and childcare facilities. I'm energetic, patient, and love keeping up with kids of all ages, ensuring they feel safe, engaged, and supported. I have experience working with children with autism and mental health struggles. My 4-year-old nephew is on the autism spectrum, which has taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and adapting to each child's unique needs. I'm currently studying psychology with the goal of becoming a child psychologist in the future.
