I am currently a Middle School ELA Teacher in the Blue Valley School District. In the past, I have taught 7th grade math in Olathe, preschool (6 months - 6 years) at The Goddard School, gymnastics (2 years - 18 years) at Blue Valley Rec, and substitute taught in K-12 schools in Springfield, MO. I also have experience as a math tutor and writing consultant at the high school and collegiate level. I am comfortable tutoring math and ELA from 5th grade through high school for credit recovery, enrichment/acceleration, or just summer maintenance of skills! My style is very hands-on and real-world application of knowledge so that students learn beyond simply completing the course. Fully vaccinated and willing to tutor at your house or in a public place.
