About Natalie

I am dedicate, compassionate and reliable person I find working with kids to be refreshing. Being a part of their learning and growth is a gift, and being a positive influence in their life is a passion of mine. I advocate for jobs that conduce a positive family environment. This not only makes my job easier but allows a better dynamic I started my work with kids when my younger brother was born 10 years ago. However, I have been servicing families for about 3-4 years. I come from a big family so I have personal knowledge of family dynamics. As an undergraduate student I have studied family systems and child/adolescent development. My skills include safety awareness including CPR, AED, and First Aid certification. Nutritional knowledge including preparing and providing age appropriate healthy meals. Communication skills: with the emphasis of being patient and empathetic with a child and their needs.
