Unreliable and lacks basic communication skills necessary for this line of work. We loved the way Natalie cared for our boys for the 3.5 months that she was our full time nanny! Unfortunately, she completely ghosted us one week and never showed up to work, never texted or called us explaining why, and never said she wanted to quit or otherwise. Additionally, she was 5-15 minutes late on a regular basis and was unable to arrive in a timely manner in the mornings causing me to be late to work.
