About Natalie

As a caregiver with a decade of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My patient and friendly nature allows me to build strong relationships with the children in my care and their parents. I also have a background in ABA as I am a registered behavior technician (RBT). My brother has autism so I have experience working with neurodivergent children. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I gently guide children while respecting their individuality. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to educational games that enhance their learning. As a college graduate, I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from infants to preteens. I am fluent in English and some Spanish, and I have my own car, making it convenient for outings. My greatest joy is seeing the positive impact I have on the children I care for.
