About Natalie

Hi there!! My name is Natalie, I am a registered dietitian with a masters in public health. I currently work for the University of Minnesota as a project director for a nutrition research study exploring pediatric nutrition! I have always been passionate about working with kids of all ages and prior to pursuing my current career, I worked at a day care center, and then as a nanny for two families with infants aged 2-8 months. I'm looking to get back into working with families because I miss working with kiddos and their families, and contributing to the Minneapolis community as a care provider. I would describe my personality as bubbly and upbeat, with a reassuring and confident demeanor who is comfortable with kids of all ages. In my off time I love (and hate) planning my September 2025 wedding, spending time with friends, reading and watching bad TV! I work full time but have a flexible schedule with the ability to remotely work most days!
