About Natalie

Hi, my name is Natalie! I'm currently working as an instructional assistant at an elementary school, supporting students with special needs. Before this, I worked as a medical receptionist at a medical office. I'm also pursuing certification to become a teacher assistant, and I'm working toward earning my medical assistant certification to expand my skill set. Working with kids has always been a big part of my life. My mom is a full-time nanny, and growing up, I often went with her to help care for children. I've also worked at two different types of daycare settings. One was The Compass School, which follows the Reggio Emilia approach, where I learned how to collaborate with students to develop lesson plans. The other was a more traditional learning environment, which gave me valuable hands-on experience in a structured setting. Both roles have taught me so much about working with children and supporting their growth and learning!
