Natalie started caring for my son when he was 5 months old. We would have continued to use her but I made the decision to stay home full time with him. My son gets very happy when he sees Natalie, she uses age appropriate play with him and was willing to learn more about his developmental stage providing more engaging play. Natalie is extremely thoughtful and is always willing to help out wherever she can. She would always ask if there was anything else she could help with before she left. She was prompt, always at our home when she said she would be and always willing to be flexible. She is mindful of picking up after play and took initiative right from the beginning. Natalie comes highly recommended!
