About Natalie

I have extensive caregiving experience, both personally and professionally. Growing up with three younger siblings, I've always been involved in child care. Professionally, I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over 2 years of experience working with neurodivergent children, including those with autism. I deliver tailored behavior interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and therapists to ensure effective care. In addition, I've worked as an in-home caregiver, assisting with daily tasks and medical appointments, and as a private child care provider, helping with activities, tutoring, and potty training. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and hold a "Many Faces of Autism" certification. My combination of experience, training, and compassionate nature makes me a reliable and skilled caregiver.
