I first obtained my nursing aide license (2016) and have since further my career with geriatrics as a qualified medication aide (2021)/Phlebotomy certified (2023), meaning I am comfortable and knowledgeable with medication administration. I am currently taking online classes and will enroll in a neurodiagnostics program this fall. I have a passion for dementia/Alzheimer's care as I have worked within a memory care for 8+ years. I also have experience with all levels of Alzheimer's and a knack for redirecting elderly with memory related stressors when their dementia has progressed. I am able to assist with all daily living activities such as hygiene management (bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting), household chores and errands, socializing, pet care, etc. I have a midsize SUV if needing transportation to appointments. I have a flexible schedule and am open to overnights if needed. CPR/BLS certified.
