Hi there, Im a recent law school graduate who found practicing law is not currently for me so I am returning to my true love and passion of childcare! I have over 15 years experience as a part-time nanny in the Bay Area. I have worked with all different types of families and with kids ranging in needs and abilities. I am comfortable with all ages, with experience from 3 months to 16 years old. Natalie was the first sitter I ever hired to care for our then 2.5-3.5 year old daughter. She worked for us for about 10 months. Not only is she one of the nicest people I've ever met, she is incredibly caring, thoughtful and creative with my daughter. They always had so much fun. Even though she stopped working consistently for us about a year ago, we still keep in contact with her regularly and my daughter asks about her at least once every couple weeks. She truly loves caring for kids. Natalie watched our daughter usually for 11 hours a day and I was never worried while she was in charge of my daughter's well being. She has such great and extensive experience being a caregiver, and is also just a very smart and well rounded person that you can rest assured that your child is in amazing hands. I also never had to worry about the schedule. She's super reliable. Never missed a shift. She will spoil you into thinking all sitters are like her, they're not!! We learned that the hard way.
