About Natalie

Hi! I'm Natalie and I would love the opportunity to foster a love for learning in your student so that they can reach their highest potential. I specialize in reading and literacy and just completed my Ph. D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Florida. I am permanently certified to teach in PA and NY and have almost 20 years of teaching and administrative experience. I have worked with all learning levels in elementary, middle, and high school students and tailored my instructional methods to meet their individual needs. I also emphasize study skills, organization, and critical thinking and my tutoring sessions are always structured, yet flexible, to adapt to your student's learning style. When I'm not tutoring you can find me teaching or taking a yoga class, reading, listening to my favorite podcasts, or hanging out with (and even tutoring!) my nephews and niece.
