Natalie is amazing! We have used her from new born through now (he's 1 1/2). She also watches the baby with our very hyper German shepherd. She is punctual, caring and passionate. She has adapted to our family needs from giving only bottles, to baby food to tiny tiny bits of regular food. She knows how to juggle tasks well between baby crying and the dog barking to go out. We love her! We definitely recommend her (but not too much because we need her available when we go out- hehe) ! Seriously she's great
