Hello my name is Natalie, I am a well educated, experienced caregiver with the majority of my career spent working with developmentally disabled adolescents and adults. My duties included teaching independent living skills, personal care such as hygiene and working on communication skills. I additionally dispensed medication and managed severe behaviors. During the last two years I have worked in a residential treatment facility for autistic adolescent boys verbal and nonverbal. I am also CPR and first aid trained.
