About Natalie

Hi my name is Natalie and I would love to care for your kiddos. I'm 18 years old and I just graduated high school. I'm planning on moving forward to college and majoring in education and minoring in social work! I am currently a preschool / daycare teacher at a local church. I have many years of experience with children and would love to help you out! I am CPR certified and I also have my early childhood education certifications! I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring that they are regularly updated about their child's day and any concerns that may arise. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' preferences, as I understand the importance of consistency in a child's upbringing.
