About Natalie

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, authentic, and caring. I like working with kids because I find their happiness and excitement rewarding and inspiring. I'm looking for a job that creates a sense of comfort through strong relationships with both kids and parents. I started working with kids when I was 15. I started watching my 6-year-old cousin. When my twin sisters were born I watched them while my parents were working. After, my parents welcomed my brother with autism who I would also take care of, with the twins. Apart from family I have also watched kids of family friends ranging from ages 1-5. In my spare time, I like to play with my dogs, hang out with friends ( usually we go to Target), spend time with my family, go outside, or do DIY's. One thing you should know about me is I prioritize the safety of the kids I watch above all else. My skills include ability to connect with kids, high-energy, cleaning, multitasking, and quick problem solving.
