I'm an enthusiastic childcare provider with four years of experience caring for children of various ages. My passion for working with children stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and as an assistant teacher at a daycare. I find great joy in making a positive impact on their lives and supporting families by providing a reliable childcare option. I believe that patience and creativity are essential qualities for a great caregiver. I strive to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. I'm always coming up with new and exciting games to keep the little ones entertained and engaged. Outdoor play, physical games, and educational games are some of my favorites. Effective communication is key to building trust with parents. I provide written daily reports and encourage verbal communication during pickup or drop-off. I'm also flexible and adapt to the parents' preferred communication method.
