About Natalie

Hi! I am a senior studying psychology and philosophy at Tulane. I love animals, nature, traveling, sports (soccer and rugby), creativity, and kids! I like working with kids because of their curiosity. I love seeing them experience magic in everyday life with a sense of wonder that so many adults lose sight of. I prioritize respectful, emotionally responsive child care. It is very important to me that children I work with have/learn a sense of autonomy and self confidence that allows them to grow and explore the world as secure individuals. I am a guide and a friend to the children I work with, and I prefer to rely on natural consequences as discipline. I will always be there to help a child emotionally regulate and understand why consequences occur. I am passionate about gentle and responsive engagement, supporting children in learning how to express themselves, and celebrating every step. I am looking for a summer nanny position and am open to occasional babysitting jobs.
