About Natalie

Hi! I'm Natalie, a 29-year-old childcare professional with over a decade of experience working with kids of all ages. From nannying since I was 16 to managing counselors for 130+ campers as the Program Director at Teton Valley Ranch Camp, I bring energy, organization, and a love for working with children. I've also worked in outdoor education with companies like Naturalists at Large and Rustic Pathways, so I'm skilled at keeping kids engaged with fun, active, and creative activities. I adore the ages of your little ones and understand the balance of play, structure, and care they need. Currently, I manage a private family's barn, but with the horses wintering in Florida, I'm looking to support local families with pick-ups, after-school care, or light meal prep.
