Natalia is absolutely amazing. She was our nanny in a nanny-share with our neighbors. When she started, the kids were young (6 months + 4.5 months). She did an amazing job navigating different schedules and different needs of young children with ease and patience. Every day with Natalia has been such a gift to our families and our babies. She is so loving and kind. I always enjoyed the days where the nanny-share was at our house because Natalia was so happy and joyful -- her energy is contagious and the kids absolutely adored her. She was always punctual, either on time or 5 minutes early. She was attentive to the kids' needs. She took them to the park daily, played on the floor with them, was very engaged and present always. She is extremely detail-oriented and reliable. Under her loving and watchful eye, our kids really grew and blossomed. We had to say goodbye to Natalia because we had already committed to a daycare starting at 11 months before we hired her. It was a tough goodbye because I trust her so deeply and really appreciate the love and care she gave my child every day. If you have the opportunity to hire Natalia, consider yourself extremely lucky because she is a gift you will cherish.
