Natalia has been coming to my house once a week for half a year. I orginally wanted someone for about a month or so, but she's proved invaluable, and I don't know how I got by before her. She does a little bit of everything - organization, errands, cleaning, and even some handyman services! If I am busy with work, she is able to look around and figure out what I most need help with and start of her own initiative. She also keeps better track of long term project needs than I do. As an added bonus, I often find little extra touches after she leaves - for instance, I once discovered that she had put a bow around some loose flowers in the house. A typical month's activities would be: cleaning and organizing a major area (i.e., garage, attic), indoor household maintenance (fixing broken screens, hanging curtain rods), outdoor household maintenance (planting flowers, powerwashing front step), running errands (oil change, handling returns), as well as basic cleaning (loading dishes, folding towels). She's smart, efficient, kind, and has a truly admirable approach to work. Five stars!
