I have been a tutor with the Upward Bound Program (a program that caters to high school students with learning and/or physical disabilities since I was 16 years old). In those 33 years I have tutored Pre-Algebra/Algebra, Global History, Geography, US History Living Environment, and Spanish. I also assist in ESL English tutorials and have been prepping students for the NYS Regents Exams since I have began tutoring. Outside of Upward Bound I have done in home tutoring for elementary school children and junior high. For those who are in college, I have assisted in study skill development specifically for those who are primarily Spanish speaker who need help in understanding the subject matter at school. Anyone who needs help in English to Spanish and vice/versa. Looking for remote work as I care for my elderly mother and leaving home is not manageable for me currently.
