Natalia is amazing. Her professionalism, kindness and utmost care for our baby is unparalleled. If I could give her more stars I would, because to trust someone to take care of your baby says something, but to not worry a minute they are with them is rare. As my husband said, “I trust Natalia with our child more than I trust myself”… only 1/2 joking. Natalia is responsible and needs little direction, but will take it if you have it. She asks all the right questions to make sure she knows your routine and is eager to follow it to make sure when you get back, they haven’t skipped a beat. She also sends pictures and gives update, which we love. Book her in advance, because as expected, this gem gets scheduled in fast.
