About Natalia

I have over 15 years of experience as a nanny with children form 0-9-year-olds, with 1 - 3 children at the same time and shared care between two families. I'm fully vaccinated, have clean driver license and CPR certification. I'm fluent in Spanish and English and know some ASL. Psychology Major with big emphasis on developmental psychology. I was part of a research lab that studies how infants and young kids learn at UCSC. I'm compassionate and a good listener/observer. I strive to listen, acknowledge and respect the child (people)'s needs and feelings and guide them through them. I'm fun and silly while still being a responsible adult.
