I have been an aide for 13 years. I have worked with Individuals with special needs/MR/DD Adults and Seniors. I have worked in group home, home health, nursing home, MR/DD and special need settings. After 13 years you name it , I've probably worked with an individual at one time with it. I'm a patience person, who's got great references who will answer any questions you would like to ask.
