I'm an experienced educator with 4+ years of experience. I have a bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley and 12 units in Early Childhood Development. I have worked in preschools, elementary schools, and have taught dance, yoga, and gymnastics to youth. I take a holistic approach to educating children, focused on meeting the physical, social, and emotional needs of each unique child. I believe children should spend plenty of time outdoors connecting with nature. I develop child-led open-ended exploration where children help guide their own learning. I am knowledge and passionate about nutrition and health. I've been vegan for 10 years and would enjoy helping to prepare nutritious meals for your child and/or your family. However, please note I am not open to cooking meat. I've worked in animal care and am happy to help with pet care. I'm CPR and first aid certified. I have a clean driving record and reliable vehicle with experience driving children.
