About Naomi

I am a student at Sonoma State University studying English Single-Subject Education and minoring in Women's and Gender Studies. I'm currently working towards my degree to become a high school English teacher. I started working with children by doing occasional babysitting jobs throughout my high school years and then got a job as a teaching assistant at a preschool in August of 2021. I worked at the Boys and Girls Club of Sonoma-Marin for two and a half years, and am currently serving with AmeriCorps as a tutor! I am highly skilled at communication and cooking, and I have high energy to keep up with the kids. I'm willing to do any sort of light cleaning and cooking as long as I am made aware of any dietary restrictions your child (or children) may have. I speak fluent English and very little Spanish, but I am currently trying to learn Spanish!
