It is with pleasure that we recommend Nanuli (Nana) Z. for a caregiving position. Nana provided exceptional care for our mother for over a year. She consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, care, compassion, and patience. Our mother's well-being was always Nana’s top priority, and she approached every task, from daily routines to more complex needs, with dedication and a gentle, reassuring demeanor. On numerous occasions, she volunteered to work longer hours or committed to overnight stays, providing invaluable support. More importantly she brought a sense of calm and comfort to our mother's life. She was attentive to every detail, ensuring our mother was comfortable and safe. She was proactive in anticipating needs and always went above and beyond to provide the best possible care. Nana was punctual, reliable, and observant, and we trusted her to administer medications as needed. She would provide daily updates about our mother’s day. The only reason Nana left our employ was due to our mother's evolving needs, which required overnight care that Nana was unable to provide on a consistent basis. Had our mother's needs remained within daytime parameters, Nana would still be with us. We have no hesitation in recommending Nana. She will be a tremendous asset to any family in need of a caregiver/companion, and Nana will lift the daily burdens that can become unmanageable for family members.
