Unfortunately family emergencies happens that's out of my control and Kim didn't accept it. I apologized to her for the inconvenience. That I had asked if I can start two hours early just to get off two hours early to make it to the Bay Area on time by noon.

Nane set-up a time for an interview; then contacted me 1.5 hours before our meeting time to reschedule. I agreed to a mutual agreement time. She interviewed well and I was excited to schedule a trial shift in my dad's home for 3-days later. The night before the trial shift, Nane asked if the shift time could be changed. When I informed her it couldn't; she cancelled and decided not to reschedule the trial shift. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional behavior and likely indicative of how she might handle the caregivers' schedule. I would just warn others who are considering hiring her for their family member.
