I have been working in this field for about 18 years. I have so much experience with children all ages starting with new born babies, babies a little older, toddlers, and school age children. I'm very professional and respectful with all of them. These are the reason that through all this years I have been able to keep most of my jobs for long period of time. For instance in my current job, I almost get to 4 years. In the job before this one, I worked for the family more than 6 years. In my experience, the families that I have worked for have found in me the trustworthiness, reliability, accountability that somebody needs so they can take care of the more valuable things that the person has, that is their children. In all the cases they have trusting me not only with the children but with other valuable things they have, too; as their pets, houses, cars, etc.

Nancy has been an important part of our family for over 2 years, since our son was 6 months old. He adores her and we have really seen him blossom intellectually, emotionally, and physically at every stage of development. She is very patient and nurturing and has helped us maintain a great routine (especially in terms of eating and naps!). She keeps him engaged and active and provides opportunities to interact with other kids. On most days they get out of the house to do different activities in the community, such as visiting playgrounds, farms, the zoo, libraries, or other special events. She brings educational toys and incorporates learning into their day (such as working on letters and counting), and also art and music. It has been a blessing to have her in our lives for the past 2+ years and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Our son is off to pre-k now so we want to help her find her next family to care for!
