Hi! My name is Nancy. I've been working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/Behavioral Therapist) For nearly 3 years. I have experience with individuals with autism from ages 2-22. I also work with individuals with autism who exhibit challenging/ problem behaviors, outbursts and tantrums. I have seen kids on the very beginning of the autism spectrum, to some of the most severe cases. If you have a current ABA treatment in place in your home, I will be able to carry the treatment out with ease as that is my primary job as an RBT. I primarily have worked with non-verbal children who don't have any means of communication and also those who have communication devices, PECs boards, multiple schedule (green/black) boards, and sign language.
