About Nancy

I was in the film industry & advertising before becoming a stay at home mom. My mom had a major stroke 16 years ago and I have experience with patient advocacy. I've been working for the past 8 years for residents at the Pasadena Highlands retirement facility as a private caregiver. All of my jobs are by word of mouth. In the past year I have lost 4 clients. For the past 2 yrs I've cared for a man with Parkinson's. We have taken in 2 foster kids, it will be going a yr in Feb. I am resourceful and good at communicating information from doctor's appointments to family members. I can help shower, I do laundry, shop, I am proficient on the computer & am good with electronics. I have good references. I love gardening, collecting stamps & making cards. I am flexible. I love animals, we have 6 pets and 7 fish! I'd like to help an active senior but please no Dementia or Alzheimer's patients. I like to go on outings to museums or The Huntington. I am a happy person who loves people.
