About Nancy

I've always had a passion for caring for children. My experience in previous babysitting roles solidified my desire to become a nanny. I find great joy in making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families by providing reliable childcare. With 10 years of experience under my belt, I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages. I have a calm and patient demeanor, which allows me to easily connect with kids. My creativity and imagination shine through during playtime, as I love engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I follow their preferred method of communication to ensure they're always informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I have some graduate school education and am fluent in both English and German.
