Hi my name is Nancy O. I am a mom of 3 grown kids. I have been caring for seniors as a Independent Companion and absolutely love it! I am interested in helping families that need the extra help and can make a difference in their child's lives. If I have been caring for seniors with Alzheimer's for over 10 yrs you know I have to be a very patient person. I have no degree in the Special Needs Field. However, I do have 2 nephews with Asburgers. I have a neighbor 2 doors from me that I have cared for that has a form of Autism she is 16. I feel from the bottom of my heart any human that is mentally challenged in ANY kind of way is yes indeed "Special."
