I'm a 4-H All Star who took dog obedience classes as well as many other areas of study. I graduated to full time groomer/trainer/obedience/breed competitor primarily with Standard Poodles for Woodmore Kennels in Maryland. I trained, showed and groomed their poodles and eventuality worked for several other establishments as I moved around. I can provide some light grooming. I've owned a number of dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs over the years but currently have no pets of my own. I put myself through college grooming dogs and babysitting. My college degree is a BSOT. I've worked in home health, SNFs and rehab facilities for many years. I also worked 1 year with severely, multiply handicapped children in the Illinois school system as a therapist. I'm looking for part time, occasional work to give me some variety, spontaneity and a little fun. I love animals, the elderly and children.
