Nancy is an incredible caregiver. Not only does she clearly love children, but with her background in early childhood education, she understands their development and needs. Nancy cared for my daughter from the time she was a newborn (she is now 4) and she was one of the few people I trusted to keep her overnight (when my work required it). Nancy is dependable, caring, smart, kind, patient, and warm. She has truly made a huge positive impact in my daughter’s life and to this day they have a wonderful and healthy relationship. If you have the chance to work with her, it will be a positive experience!
