Nancy H is the finest caregiver I've ever known. She worked for our family for three years, watching over our mother, who was in her 90s. She is a top professional at all the duties we can imagine a caregiver must know how to do, and cared for our mother with the gentle love of a daughter and the good humor, energy and cheer of a friend. At first, Nancy helped mother continue with her social life; kept her in the flow of things with family, church group, book club, celebrations, and fun activities, as long as she could do these things. As mother became more disabled, with more dementia, Nancy changed with her, finding new activities and places to go, and altering her own pace to my mother's pace - showing such patience and kindness. What a relief it has been to our family every day, to know Nancy was with Mom when we could not be. I've made all kinds of mistakes trying to help my mother have a good life, but hiring Nancy is one thing I know I did right.
