Nancy has worked with us full-time from August 2019 until our daughter's first birthday in 2019 and begins daycare. Our daughter is so happy to see Nancy in the morning, and when we work from home, we hear them giggling in the other room. Nancy is kind, respectful, responsible, and reliable. She is a great communicator, dedicated teacher, and easy-going. She follows instructions well, asks questions as needed, and has good intuition. She speaks Spanish and English fluently and has spoken both with our daughter. She has magical powers when it comes to sleep and was able to keep our very sleep-resistant daughter well-rested and on a good nap schedule. We never worried about our daughter's safety or well-being when she was with Nancy. While our daughter slept, Nancy diligently made sure her play spaces stayed tidy, did our daughter's laundry, cleaned up after our daughter's often messy meals, and let our dog in & out. We wholeheartedly & unequivocally recommend Nancy G. as a nanny.
