About Nancy

Hi, my Name is Nancy! I have been caregiving for 2 years in homes and 4 years part time at my church. I'm passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and learn. My previous babysitting roles have shown me the immense joy in caring for children and helping them develop their skills as I have worked with kids ranging from 1-8 years old. When communicating with parents, it's important to have verbal communication but also provide regular updates via text or phone calls to ensure they're informed about their kids. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, as each family has unique preferences. My favorite part about being a caregiver is engaging children in both outdoor and indoor activities. I believe in encouraging a love for an active lifestyle and encouraging children to explore their surrounding. I'm comfortable caring for up to 2 children within any age group and I'm fluent in both English and Spanish.
