I was a medical foster parent and have worked in group homes and have experience in all kinds of behaviors and am a kind and gentle person and did this kind of work off and on for over 25 years. For the past 8yrs I have been working in a private home taking care of a Elderly patients with a variety of medical concerns from dementia patients to companion for clients , help in preparing meals, going shopping and light housekeeping and taking clients to appointments. a I have been trained to use Hoyer lift for transfers, slide board transfers Gait belt and medication reminding or whatever the family needs. I can help in bathing and feeding and I am very empathetic person and able to show compassion for your loved ones.

Without hesitation, I can recommend Mrs. Nancy F for home care employment. My parents moved from the suburbs of Atlanta to enjoy the quiet mountain life in their retirement. However, while approaching their late 70's, they started to face health challenges. Our parents were no longer just a short drive from us, but now a two and half hour drive across the Blue Ridge mountains. This is where Nancy enters our story. My sister luckily found Nancy and the fit with my parents was great. As my parents' health declined, she was able to step up with the increased challenges of their needs. She was extremely organized with their numerous medication and doctor appointments. And efficiently built a schedule for the other caregivers when my parents needed 24hour care.I did not want to see my parents go to an assisted care home and I can say without a doubt that without Nancy's dependability, I probably could not have kept them comfortably in their own home. She was a true blessing to have.
