We had a fantastic experience with Nancy while we were in Vegas. She watched our 13-month-old daughter, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Her communication before our trip was excellent—she was responsive and thorough, which helped put our minds at ease. Nancy arrived 20 minutes early to the hotel, which was very reassuring and allowed us to leave on time. She waited until we were ready to come up to the room, which showed her professionalism and thoughtfulness. Nancy followed all of our directions carefully, and our daughter was immediately comfortable with her. It was clear they had a great time together. Nancy is warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to, making it a very positive experience all around. I highly recommend her and will definitely reach out the next time we need a sitter! Wish she were closer we'd use her regularly! Thank you! ---
