Worked as a nanny for 25 years. I'm patient kind loving and trusting. I am CPR Certified Trust line Registered and have clean driving records. I have experience taking care of infants, Toddlers, and School Age Children. My main concern is attending to the needs of the child and focusing on the development of motor skills. I have a daily routine that I follow and keep a log each day. I do sleep training and most importantly potty training as well. I do have a lot of references and come highly recommended by all the families that I have worked with. Safety is my 1st priority. I communicate a lot with parents and most importantly children trying to explain the world to them. The sad thing about my job is saying "Goodbye" when it's time for the child to start School. Currently I'm looking for a lovely family with iinfants or toddlers with whom I can give full attention and Tender Loving Care. Namdu has cared for our baby and another baby from around 5 months old to almost 2 years old when they will be starting daycare. Namdu has decades of experience and whether caring for one kid or two, she is extremely attentive and engaging, and nurtures their specific little personalities as they emerge. My daughter gets so excited to see Namdu (she calls her “Na-na”) and talks about her when she’s not around. Namdu loves getting the kids lots of outdoor and social time at different parks and story times around town and we love getting her daily photos of all the things the kids are up to. She is constantly talking to the kids and teaching them new skills, and we appreciate her feedback about how it’s going with our child, i.e. any new interests or habits she seems to have and ideas about navigating her developments. She is always timely and organized and great about getting the kids on a schedule (she was a big help with navigating the shifts in nap times as the kids got older). Namdu has been such a big part of our lives and we will all be very sad for the upcoming transition, but we know any new families and children she works with will be so lucky to have her!
