I am currently employed as a Special Education Teacher's Assistant at a Charter School in Dekalb County. I have experience working with children from kindergarten to twelfth grade. Daily I help my students understand material that they find difficult. During the summer months I work as a director at camp for children with disabilities I enjoy using music as outlet and teaching children how to express themselves using music as well as their words. I am a very hard worker and do my best at everything. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Special Education at Georgia State University.

This was my first time using care.com for our childcare needs and it was a great experience. Nalijah agreed to meet in person which gave her an opportunity to meet my son and I. It also made me more comfortable deciding to hire her. Nalijah is very pleasant, attentive, alert and kind. Nalijah was always on time, respected our home and kept my son engaged. He enjoyed her company and I will definitely utilize her services in the near future.
