About Naleishiah

I like working with kids because you not only get to help them learn and grow but you also get a opportunity to learn and grow for yourself. Their outlook and their world of questions allow me to be a more open minded and adaptable person to better connect each child I work with. I'm looking for a job that provides me with a full time position where I can work with supportive and caring families that I will grow with and learn from as I adapt to their different dynamics, backgrounds and lifestyles. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old when my sister and I created a "babysitter's club" that started for friends of the family. Soon we were able to expanded to families outside the family as out passions for the job grew. Transition into my teenage years, I continued my work with children through my job at my local community center where I was given experience in working with children in the classroom from 2nd-5th grade as well as other volunteer experiences.
