About Nakia

Hello I'm Na'kia, I'm currently a freshman at Augusta University I am currently in a phlebotomy program taking important steps towards becoming a nurse. I have a strong passion for becoming a labor and delivery travel nurse, aiming to make a positive impact and help others. Balancing my medical training, I enjoys drawing and art, anything creative!! As a creative and patient caregiver with five years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. Making an impact on their lives just means the world to me!! My approach to childcare is rooted in open communication with parents. I believe in providing regular updates and written daily reports to ensure everyone is on the same page. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to create a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities that stimulate their minds.
