About Nakayla

Hi, I am a nursing major attending Ursuline College! I'd love to start my nursing career a bit early so that I can have that hands on experience while being in nursing school. Nursing is my passion and it's been that way for a few years now. My biggest inspiration to the nursing field would be my late grandmother, I wasn't able to help her due to the lack of knowledge a few years ago but now I am ready to help others in similar situations. I also love the joy that seniors bring to me such as the positive energy, wisdom, kindness and many more. I really enjoy helping others but I believe knowing that someone is trusting me to take care of their loved ones is what really pushes me to continue to help ! As I previously stated, I am a nursing student so I carry a strong skill of dedication and that is one of the most important skills of the job. Staying dedicated motivates me to want to improve every single day and that's what drives me to want to continue in the health care field.
