I'd describe myself as outgoing, attentive, and dependable. I really care about people and consider myself super empathetic. I love working with kids because they're free-spirited and funny. I enjoy creating a space where they feel safe to be themselves. I'm looking for a job that's flexible and with a family I feel comfortable with. I started working with kids at a young age, helping with my siblings and babysitting neighbors. From 16 to 18, I worked at a daycare with my mom, who was a teacher's aide, caring for kids from pre-K to 8th grade. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, working out, cycling, hiking, and doing yoga. One thing you should know about me is that I'm hardworking and take pride in giving my best in everything I do. I'm also fluent in Somali!
