About Najma

Hi! I'm Najma, and I've been caring for children for over 10 years. As a proud mom of a 7-year-old, I love watching him grow and discover new things every day. I have experience working with children from birth to 12 years old, including my time at daycare center and working as a teacher assistant for first graders. I'm here to support new parents with the knowledge I've gained along the way. Working with kids brings me immense joy; their curiosity and imagination inspire me to see the world through their eyes. I'm patient, organized, and always ready to engage in activities they enjoy-whether it's singing, reading, arts and crafts, or playtime. My focus is on meeting each child where they are and adapting to their unique interests and needs. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive and express themselves freely.
