About Najee

As a caregiver, I've always found joy in nurturing and educating children. My experience as the eldest child in my family consisted of caring for my younger cousins throughout high school as the adults often worked. This ignited my passion for caregiving. Now, as a graduate student, I miss that fulfilling role and am drawn to childcare as a profession. Patient and calm, I easily connect with children and create a warm, welcoming environment. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, using their preferred method to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. While respecting parental rules, I adapt my approach to each family's unique needs. From outdoor adventures to educational games, I enjoy a variety of activities with children. I'm happy to care for up to two children, aged 1 to 11. With my car, I can provide transportation if needed, and I'm comfortable with pets. I'm excited to bring my passion for caregiving and my skills to your family.
