Juliana was our live-in caregiver for 2+ years. She joined our family when my daughter was 4m old and stayed with us until she started pre-k last fall. I cannot say enough great things about the level of care she provided, her thoughtfulness, the many ways she showed up as a self-starter and how she nurtured our whole family. She researched on her own, milestones so she could help our daughter achieve them, how to style her hair ( we are Black), activities to take her too that were age appropriate and more. I think they've visited every farm and every library in Maryland, and our daughter still tells stories like "remember when I went to the farm with Juliana...". She took exceptional care of our child and also our home, always keeping her personal space immaculate and often helped to organize shares spaces like our pantry, frig, and other storage. She's the best of the best!
